Our journey began with a simple question:

“Why not bring back ghee the way our grandmothers made it?”

That’s when Goo Veda was born —

A brand dedicated to making pure bilona ghee using the ancient Vedic method.

We collect milk directly from trusted farmers, ferment it into curd in soil pots, churn it slowly with wooden bilona, and simmer it gently into golden ghee.

Nothing artificial, nothing rushed — just time, care, and tradition in every jar.

Why the Name “Goo Veda”?

• “Goo” comes from Go (Cow) – symbol of nourishment and divinity.
• “Veda” means knowledge – the wisdom of Ayurveda and ancient science.

Together, Goo Veda stands for “the wisdom of the cow” — a return to purity, health, and tradition.
