Goo Veda Buffalo Bilona Ghee is crafted using the ancient Vedic bilona method — a time-honored process that preserves nutrition, aroma, and purity. We collect farm-fresh buffalo milk directly from trusted farmers, boil it carefully, and set it into curd in a soil pot. The curd is then churned slowly with a wooden bilona machine, separating fresh makkhan (butter). This butter is gently simmered on a low flame to yield golden, aromatic ghee.
This traditional approach ensures that every drop of ghee is rich in nutrients, easily digestible, and loaded with authentic flavor — just like it was made in ancient households.
